The project has been tremendously inspiring and challenging for me, as an artist, and also as a citizen with concern for our planet. It has highlighted the urgency of facing the issues of climate change and the need for a change of lifestyle, and also the potential risks in geo-engineering the climate.
The images below are from the artworks I created during the project, and some of the pages in the booklet that goes with the exhibition. If you click on them they enlarge so that they can be read.

(I won't say it in a correct way , because I'm french and can't find the right english words, sorry) but I like the way you use your art to militate, to defend a cause , and a beautiful one!
Your drawings and paintings are so pretty that they will attract young people and make them understand what's important in this world. You're doing a great job!

Thank you Malyss, that is very encouraging. I believe art can attract and communicate at a very deep level, and the subject matter of environmental change is so crucial. I am glad that my work can help.

An excellent collection. I'm rather fond of the "Myths" watercolour as I can envision angels flying back to be on earth.

Thank you Barbara.

The 'Myths' painting, as with most of the others, was done from a spontaneous sketch made during the meetings. I was appointed to visually record all the events, and then to work some of the notes and sketches into developed artworks. So in contrast with much of my work, I am creating these in response to other people's views - rather like being a channel of communication for others. It is interesting to hear and read people's responses and interpretations of the work. There are variations in responses, but very much an underlying thread of collective interpretation, which then leads to further interaction and discussion. This has been such a stimulating and inspiring project to work on!
